Technical Implementation Specialist - Attribution Tracking
We're seeking a Technical Implementation Specialist to support the onboarding of new e-commerce merchants to Business League by implementing and validating attribution tracking systems. You'll work closely with merchants' technical teams to ensure proper installation of both 1st and 3rd party attribution codes.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide merchants through the technical implementation of attribution tracking codes
- Validate tracking code installations and troubleshoot implementation issues
- Review and test different payment flows to ensure proper tracking across all scenarios
- Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure smooth merchant onboarding
- Monitor and maintain documentation for technical implementation processes
- Provide technical support for existing merchants requiring tracking updates
- Ensure proper implementation of both iframe/3rd party and Big Bear/1st party attribution systems
- Verify correct transaction reporting and commission calculations
Technical Requirements
- Strong understanding of web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.)
- Familiarity with tag management systems and data layers
- Knowledge of cookie handling and attribution principles
- Understanding of URL parameters and HTTP redirects
- Experience with debugging tools and methods
- Ability to read and understand server-side code (PHP, Python, etc.)

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Romanian and English
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with Google Analytics and tracking implementations
- Attention to detail and systematic approach to testing
