About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented interns to join our Business Support team at 2Performant. This 10-week internship program offers hands-on experience in supporting our affiliate marketing platform, with the opportunity for successful candidates to transition into full-time positions.

What You'll Learn & Do
- Technical Support (40% of time)
- Learn to handle technical support tickets from both advertisers and affiliates
- Assist in monitoring and testing tracking codes for affiliate programs
- Help identify and troubleshoot tracking issues
- Learn about 1st party attribution system implementation and testing
- Support product feed functionality monitoring and troubleshooting
Account Monitoring (30% of time)
- Assist in monitoring affiliate activity and payment requests
- Learn to analyze conversion rates and traffic sources
- Help with compensatory amount calculations
- Support the monitoring of brand compliance using BrandVerity
- Assist with budget lock situations and Direct Debit payment issues
Platform Support (30% of time)
- Help maintain and update the knowledge base
- Assist in monitoring and managing the Freelancers cohort
- Learn about API functionality and common technical issues
- Support the lost orders process for cashback programs
- Help with general platform inquiries and technical documentation
Required Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Romanian and English
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts
- Strong attention to detail
Desired Skills
- Interest in affiliate marketing and e-commerce
- Basic technical understanding of web technologies
- Basic understanding of APIs and tracking systems
- Basic understanding customer service or technical support
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot knowledge is a plus)
