Operations Director

Business League is revolutionizing affiliate marketing by turning it into an engaging, gamified eCommerce competition. As the leading affiliate network in Romania with over 500 e-shops and 3,000 affiliates, we're expanding across Central and Eastern Europe to build the region's largest affiliate marketing ecosystem.

The Opportunity

As Operations Director, you'll spearhead our transformation from a traditional affiliate network into a dynamic, gamified eCommerce competition platform. You'll drive our expansion across Central and Eastern Europe while integrating newly acquired assets (Profitshare Romania and Bulgaria) into our ecosystem. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of affiliate marketing in the CEE region.

Key Responsibilities

• Forge strategic partnerships with key regional ecommerce players

• Develop and execute competitive strategies to maintain and grow market leadership

• Oversee the operational integration of acquired entities (Profitshare Romania and Bulgaria)

• Drive performance through clear goal-setting and accountability

• Build and lead high-performing teams across multiple countries

• Foster a culture of innovation, competition, and excellence

• Manage remote teams effectively while maintaining strong collaboration

• Position Business League as the go-to platform for eCommerce collaboration

• Identify and capitalize on market opportunities across the CEE region

• Contribute to merchant acquisition and affiliate engagement strategies

What You'll Bring

• 8+ years in operations management, preferably in affiliate marketing, eCommerce, or digital platforms

• Proven track record of scaling operations across multiple regions

• Experience integrating acquired entities and managing post-merger operations

• Strong background in process optimization and cross-functional project management

• Strategic thinking combined with hands-on operational expertise

• Excellence in data analytics and metrics-driven performance management

• Strong leadership abilities with experience managing remote teams

• Outstanding communication skills in English; 

• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
