We’re looking for a smart, creative, and driven Investor Relations Manager to shift how the Romanian capital market sees us – from an “interesting tech company” to a visionary, strategic leader in a new phase of bold expansion.
The Opportunity
This is a rare opportunity to shape the public narrative of a listed tech company and to work directly with the CEO in a high-autonomy, high-impact role.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate our business strategy into clear, financially grounded narratives for investors and key stakeholders.
- Create compelling communication materials: investor pitch decks, Q&A docs, social posts, articles, and videos.
- Maintain and grow relationships with investors, analysts, journalists, brokers, and business influencers.
- Lead equity awareness campaigns, including our ongoing capital increase efforts.
- Coordinate investor content across platforms: newsletters, PR kits, simplified investor Q&As, landing pages, and more.
Who You Are
- A sharp storyteller who can distill complex business information into human, credible, and persuasive communication.
- 2–5 years of experience in PR, finance, or marketing—agency work and capital markets exposure a plus.
- Strategic thinker, but ready to execute: you’ll be hands-on, not just directing others.
- Curious about capital markets or already well-versed in how they work.
- Flair for growth: you know how to turn numbers into emotion and strategy into excitement.
